Shipping policy

WHERE WE SHIP FROM
All orders ship from the United States. We currently ship within
the United States only.

PROCESSING TIMES
Dusty's sunglasses: ships within 3 business days.
Apparel and merch: made to order, ships in 3 to 5 business days.

These are production times and do not include carrier transit time.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays.

SHIPPING COSTS
Dusty's sunglasses ship free within the United States.
Merch and apparel shipping is calculated at checkout.
If your order contains both, shipping is calculated separately for
each and shown at checkout before you pay.

DELIVERY TIMES
Standard delivery within the United States is 3 to 5 business days
after your order ships.

TRACKING
A tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships.

DELAYS
Once your order is handed to the carrier, delivery timing is outside
our control. Weather, carrier backlogs, and holiday volume can cause
delays. We do not refund shipping charges for carrier delays.

ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. See our Refund
Policy for how we handle orders returned due to address errors.
